Summer with PAX North

PAX will be having PAX in the Park with family time and a hot dog BBQ following the service on July 5, August 16 and our PAX camping on September 6. For the rest of the summer, we’ll be having scaled back services at the church with self-serve spaces for kids.

  • Men’s Breakfasts combine food, prayer, and teaching about how to be a solid Man of God. If any of those sound interesting to you, come to the church building on Saturday, June 13, at 8:30-10am.

    Bring a Breakfast Item to share. Friends always welcome.

  • PAX is having a Baptism on June 14, which is also Father’s Day! If you’ve placed faith in Jesus but have never been baptized and are interested in joining, please e-mail info@paxnorth.ca for more information and to be connected to Pastor Brad or one of our elders

  • PAX will be having PAX in the Park with family time and a hot dog BBQ following the service on July 5 at Isleville Playground, and August 16 at the Dingle Park. Make plans to join us: people usually bring lawn chairs or picnic blankets for the service and you can bring change of clothes for the kids if they’d like to run through the water afterwards! In case of rain or other inclement weather, we’ll be back at the church.

  • PAX has been invited to help with the Africville Reunion in Halifax since PAX was just an itty bitty brand new church plant (maybe 2007?). This year we're probably going to be hosting a bunch of games as well as a craft for the kids (and young at heart). Please plan to sign up for a shift and connect with our neighbors to show them the love of God!

  • September 4-6 at Blomidon Bible Camp in the Valley. Come for a day or stay for the whole weekend! There are unlimited spaces for tents and a limited number of cabins available. Register by emailing info@paxnorth.ca and find more about Blomidon Bible Camp by going to www.blomidon.camp

  • Get together with your church family for some fun around the city! More details will be posted as they get planned

This Sunday is our 4th Desperate Prayer Service. We'll be focusing on Discipline and Delight as found in Psalm 119: 9-16, 33-40, and we'd love to have you join us starting at 4pm.
