Soup Sundays are back!
Soup Sundays will return every other week starting on October 5. With 3 or more soups per week and at least one catering to most dietary restrictions (gf, df, vegan), there’s no reason not to stay after service and hangout for a family meal!If you’re interested in making or sponsoring a soup, email info@paxnorth.ca for details.

Mental Health and the Gospel Oct 20, Nov 3, Nov 10, Nov 17, Nov 24 7:00-8:30pm
Location: First Congregational Church Halifax (Map)
Teaching Team: Andy Kim and Pastor Brad
Course Purpose: Our aim with this course is to clarify and equip an understanding of mental health challenges and offer practical help through clear biblically informed tools towards improved mental health.Course Format: This is a 5 week in-person course.
It includes:Prompted focus questions
Teaching on five common mental health challenges
Directions on practical help from modern science and biblical wisdom
Discussion time
Recommended resources for further study
Who: Invite your friends, roommates, co-workers or neighbours! Anyone who is wrestling through or walking alongside of the many shades of mental health.
